Submission Instruction
1. Formatting
Authors should use conference proceedings format manuscripts. You can download the Template（doc.） | Template (Latex)
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English. The standard length of a manuscript is 10 pages in total in the ACM single-column conference format, including references. (If a double-column LaTeX template is used, the equivalent limit is 5 pages.) Papers exceeding this limit will incur an extra page charge.
2. ICIT Peer Review Policy
ICIT will adopt double-blind peer-review to select the papers, and every paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Reviewers will be allotted 1-2 weeks to finish the review reports, once papers pass the Plagiarism or Duplication check. If revisions are required, authors need to send back the revised paper within 1-3 weeks. The revised articles will also be reviewed by the initial reviewers.
3. Submission Method
a). For publication & presentation, full paper submission is required.
b). For presentation only, abstract only is required.

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the author's violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors' name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
