🆔 Badge & Materials:
Please collect your conference kit (including the program book, name badge, and souvenirs) at the registration desk on Dec. 11. The name badge is required for access to all sessions and social events.
⏱ Presentation Timing:
Oral presenters are allocated 15 minutes in total (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A). Please arrive at your session room 10 minutes before the session starts to upload your slides.
💻 Technical Requirements:
Conference rooms will be equipped with a laptop, projector, and screen. It is recommended to save your presentation in MS PowerPoint or PDF format on a USB flash drive.
📸 Photos & Recording:
Group photos will be taken during the coffee break on Dec. 12. By attending, participants acknowledge that photos/videos taken during the event may be used for conference reports and future promotional materials.
🍽 Catering Services:
Lunch and dinner are provided as scheduled. If you have any specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, Halal, or allergies), please inform the staff at the registration desk in advance.
🌍 Social Program:
The social program on Dec. 13 is optional. Please ensure you have signed up during registration if you wish to participate in the local technical visit or city tour.
