Once you receive the acceptance letter from the organizing committee, you can start the registration process. In the acceptance letter, you can find the detailed registration guide.

* Notes
a). Paper size is limited to 10 pages(single-column),
6 pages(single-column), and extra page
will be charged at 60USD per page.
b). Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and
presenter are a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
c). The registration will not be confirmed until the payment, registration
form are well received.
d). One regular registration with one additional paper get only one copy of
proceedings.
e). Registration fee for each accompanying person equals a listener's
registration fee.
f). Onsite Registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare
materials in advance, please send us the filled registration form before
Dec.10.

Registration and payment should be made through conference official
channel which indicated in your acceptance letter, if you are not clear
about it, please consult the conference secretary via email address or phone
firstly.
After your successful registration, organizing committee or
conference secretary will not ask for your credit card information in any
form for room reservation or tickets.Be careful when anyone asks for it.
2. Official Receipt
a). Official receipt will be issued when the
registration confirmed.
b). The hard copy receipt will be collected together with all conference
materials at the conference spot.
c). The delegate need to cover the postage if hard copy receipt is needed
before the conference.
3. Reminder
In order to make sure that all the participants are from our conference, please kindly wear your name tage consciously. People who has no name tage are not allowed to enter the meeting room or join in our other activities during the conference.
4. Cancellation Policy
Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the
conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason,
they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of
co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
Due to the
Personal Reason and
Force Majeure,
the conference organizing committee will not accept responsibility, refund or pay any
compensation.
Personal reason: travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues,
financial default etc,
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could
not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include
the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in,
criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war,
actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations
beyond our control.
If it doesn't belong to the above situation, ICIT can accept part of
refund.Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference
Secretary
50 days before the conference: 50 USD processing fee will incur.
20-50 days before the conference: 150USD processing fee will incur.
20 days before the conference: No refund.
