Welcome to ICIT2025! We are proud to announce 2025 The 13th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City will take place on December 5-7, 2025 in Shanghai, China. It will be sponsored by East China Normal University, China.

The theme of ICIT 2025 focuses on the IoT and Smart City and related technologies. The Internet of things (IoT) is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines provided with unique identifiers (UIDs) and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. A Smart city is an urban area that uses different types of electronic Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to collect data and then use insights gained from that data to manage assets, resources and services efficiently. This includes data collected from citizens, devices, and assets that is processed and analyzed to monitor and manage traffic and transportation systems, power plants, utilities, water supply networks, waste management, crime detection, information systems, schools, libraries, hospitals, and other community services. The Smart city concept integrates information and communication technology (ICT), and various physical devices connected to the IoT network to optimize the efficiency of city operations and services and connect to citizens.

The conference features peer-reviewed presentations showcasing the latest technologies, applications and services, keynote talks from renowned academics, special session, and academic visit. ICIT will offer a platform for the scholars from the world to gather for communications. We invite you to the 2021 ICIT: IoT and Smart City!

随着经济全球化的发展，以信息技术为代表的科技革命不断取得突破，信息化已经成为各国经济社会发展的强大动力，信息技术已成为支撑当今经济活动和社会生活的基石。顺应时下发展需求, 由华东师范大学主办的第十三届ICIT (信息技术国际会议)将于2025年12月5-7日在中国上海举办。会议旨在广泛地展示信息技术领域最新理论及应用研究成果，并聚焦物联网和智慧城市两大热门主题，除进行常规的学术分组讨论之外，还将举行特邀报告、专题报告及学术参观等丰富多彩的活动。 欢迎广大学者积极投稿参会！

2. If you failed to submit the paper through the link, you also can submit your papers to the official mailbox: icit@bmail.org
3. For publication & presentation, full paper submission is required.
4. English is the only Language and each paper should be at least with 8 pages by following the proceeding template. Pages over 10 will be charged with extra page fee.
5. For presentation only, abstract only is required. The abstract submission should be within 300-500 words.
